I wanted to make a movie poster for some movie that don't exist yet and I thought it would be cool if it was an adaptation of one of my most favourite video games - Assassins's Creed 2 [© Ubisoft].

I have no idea how would they make this movie in a way it wouldn't suck, but I thought that if anyone can shoot a complicated action movie that would be fun to watch, it has to be Zack Snyder (or Chris Nolan...) :D. As for the casting:
Ezio Auditore - Cillian Murphy (he looks alike)
Mario Auditore - Robert DeNiro
Giovanni Auditore - Jeremy Irons
Catherina Sforza - Julianne Moore
Rodrigo Borgia - Manuel Tadros (cus he was great in AC: Lineage)

I used a lot of pictures from the internet on this one, though I found most using google (the venetian crowd, the San Marco cathedral, the fireworks,...) so I don't know who to credit. But if you by any chance find your photo there, just let me know and I will mention you here. Thanks you anyway. :)

It took around 5-6 hours in Photoshop CS4.

Hope you like it and any comments are appreciated and more than welcome. :D

Since I found this to be posted a lot on the internet, I have to clarify - this is not a real poster for a real movie.

Wow, this is amazing! :heart: Definitely looks like the real thing. ;D

I actually read that they are making an Assassin's Creed movie, though I'm pretty worried that they won't be able to pull it off. They're shooting to start filming this year (2013). Michael Fassbender is going to play a major role (perhaps future Altair/Ezio?).

Thank you. :) Yeah, they are...but it wasn't yet planned at the time I was making this poster.
I hope they will do it justice, the source material is awesome, even if they wouldn't chose the story of any particular game but a totally new one.

If they ever do a movie on AC3, either Hayden Christinsen or some other young actor could play Connor Kenway. Who could play Altair? He's very signifigant to the AC story as he's a legend even in Ezio's eyes and the Brotherhood of today's timeline.

I think that you've got great picks for all the cast, with the exception of Ezio. I think that either James Caviezel would be better as the main protagonist, but I do think that Cillian Murphy would be good for Cesare Borgia. I also think that Kenneth Branagh would be a great fit for Leonardo da Vinci.

This is perfectly amazing!
I know that they are making a movie now, and if it has Ezio in it, I would say there'd be no other movie poster to better fit it than this one. It would be perfect! :D
